The project is an ongoing solar housing estate in the reserved area of Emene industrial area, Enugu. Solar planning aspects such as the distance between buildings, shading and orientation of the main facades and roofs are included. The result should be an optimized structure that factors in all the environmental and physical aspects of the area. 

The estate will provide 280 dwelling units with a unique established character that speaks volumes of the developers ingenuity. It is being executed by GHEL who are one of SCRIIN partners.
